The Heliotrope (Bloodstone) ear olives are approx. 2 cm in size and are supplied in pairs in a practical pouch, including a bilingual information sheet in German and English.
The earplugs are cut from selected gemstones and correspond to the Lapis Vitalis therapy stone quality and are carefully crafted. There is a short cord at the blunt end of the earplugs so that they can be carefully inserted into the external auditory canal. Please do not insert into the ear canal.
Hildegard von Bingen already reported on the use of ear olives, ear pendulums and ear stones. The famous nun recommended "warming the stone (by breathing on it) and then inserting it into the ear". The pleasant, comforting sensation of the warmed stone is still appreciated today.
Ear olives are a popular accompaniment to meditation, mindfulness and concentration exercises. The following applies for the duration of use: trust your feelings and intuition. If you find the ear olives irritating, take them out again and clean them thoroughly before using them again.

Heliotrope (Bloodstone), also known as Hildegard jasper, bloodstone or blood jasper, is traditionally used in gemstone healing as a classic protective stone to ward off external influences. The gemstone is important in gemstone healing to strengthen one's own strength, maintain control and have a vitalizing effect.
Due to their characteristic shape, ear olives are sometimes also referred to as ear mice.
