Longstones are massage stones for gemstone applications that are particularly suitable for large, strong muscle areas (e.g. in athletes or on the back and legs). With a thickness of approx. 1.5 cm, the Freeform Longstones fit very well in the hand and can be firmly grasped with all fingers and used for massage, similar to a fist wedge. Reflexology treatments are also possible with these elongated massage stones!
